论学风建设视野下的高校创新人才培养

On the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Colleges from the Perspective of the Construction of Study Style

学风是学生学习观的具体反映和人生观的集中体现。良好的学风是高校创新人才培养的重要保障。加强高校学风建设、促进创新人才培养应当做到:强化学生的主体作用,以自觉养成学风;发挥教师的主导作用,以教风带动学风;健全高校的管理制度,以管理促进学风。

Abstract The study style is the specific reflect of students＇ con- ception of learning and the concentrated embodiment of students＇ outlook on life. A good study style is the guarantee of the cultiva- tion of innovative talents. In order to strengthen the construction of study style and promote the cultivation of innovative talents, we should strengthen the students＇ main body function to cultivate study style, play the leading role of teachers to drive study style, improve the management system to promote the study style.
