创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。培养消防学员创新思维就是指通过思想政治理论课的学习培养消防院校学员的创新精神和创新能力,开发学员的创新能力和精神,激发学员的创新思维,培养优秀消防指挥人才的创新素质,这是时代赋予消防院校教育工作者的使命,是消防教育的核心,也是消防教育者所肩负的重要使命之一。本文结合教学实践分析怎样从多角度、多方向、多侧面去培养学员思考和解决问题的能力,从而启发学员的创新型思维。

Abstract Innovation is the soul of a nation＇s progress is an inex- haustible motive force for national prosperity. To cultivate fire- fighting college students＇ innovative thinking is to cultivate their innovative spirit and ability, and cultivate qualified firefighting talents, which is the core of firefighting education and an impor- tant responsibility of firefighting colleges. Combining with teach- ing practice, this paper analyzes how to cultivate students＇ inno- vative thinking.
