独立学院本科生导师制问题探析

Analysis of Tutorial System for Undergraduates in Independent Colleges

目前,独立学院在本科教学中采用了学分制。为了保证学分制的顺利实施,在本科教育中引入了导师制。导师制具有指导内容上的针对性、方法的多样性的特点可以造就个性化培养的优势。但是在具体的实施过程中出现了一些问题。本文通过对导师制中存在的问题进行研究,并试图提出一些解决问题的方法。

Abstract At present, independent colleges adopted the credit system in the teaching of undergraduate course. In order to guar- antee the succesful implentation of credit system, tutorial system is introduced in the undergraduate education Tutorial system which have targeted for guiding the content, methods, the characteristics of the diversity of can make advantage of personal cultivation. But in the concrete implementation process there have been some problems. Based on the problems exlstlng in the tutorial system is studied; and tries to put forward some methods for solving these problems.
