浅谈高等医学教育中影响临床教师教学积极性的因素

A Brief Discussion on Factors Affecting the Teaching Initiative of Clinical Teachers in Higher Medical Education

在高等医学教育临床教学过程中,临床教师的教学积极性受到了临床工作压力、经济利益、教师自身水平、医患关系等多方面的影响,造成了目前临床教师教学积极性不高、教学意识不强的现象产生,从而也影响到整个高等医学教育的发展。通过多方面探讨如何克服以上的不利因素,加强教学管理,进一步提高临床医学教育水平。

Abstract In clinical teaching of higher tnedieal education, clini- cal teachers＇s teaching inititttive is affected by clinical work pres- sure, economic interests, teachers＇ personal ability and doetor-patient relationship, which lead to low teaching initiative of clinical teachers and poor teaching eonciotusrness glad affect the development of the whole higher medical edtteation, Though discussing how to overcome the above negative factors, this paioer aims at enhancing teaching management gild further improve clinical medical education.
