Development of New Construction Process of "Basement-Free" with Engineering Economic Principle

鞍钢建设公司在原半连轧厂前期改造施工中 ,创造了“无基础”施工新工艺 ,使1 70 0热轧线引进的两台卷取机的安装工程和质量均达到标准要求 ,为公司赢得了声誉。

As a new technique, 'basement-free' is developed by those of AISC Construction Co. in the construction of earlier modernization in AISC Semi-Continuous Rolling Plant. As a result, the installation quality of two coilers has come up to the standard which is introduced for 1700 Hot Roll Project and the reputation is won for AISC.
