摘要
目的考察不同促渗剂对复方蛇床子凝胶的经皮吸收的影响。方法采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体裸鼠皮肤为屏障,用HPLC法测定蛇床子素的累积渗透量、渗透吸收速率、增渗倍数等参数,以考察3%氮酮、3%冰片、3%薄荷油的促渗效果。结果不含促渗剂的复方蛇床子凝胶渗透吸收速率为1.3063(μg/cm2)/h,含3%氮酮、3%冰片和3%薄荷油促渗剂的复方蛇床子凝胶渗透吸收速率分别为2.5669、4.4063、3.4006(μg/cm2)/h,增渗倍数分别为1.97、3.37和2.60。结论中药冰片和薄荷油的促渗效果均优于相同用量的氮酮,为中药复方经皮给药制剂研究提供了参考依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of different penetration enhancers on the transdermal penetration of Compound Fructus Cnidii Gels. Methods Improved Franz diffusion cell was adopted as the apparatus for in vitro nudes' skin permeation. The kinetic parameters of percutaneous absorption, such as Cumulative permeation amount, penetration rate and enhancing rate (ER), were determinated by HPLC. 3% Azone, 3% menthene and 3% borneol were investigated in enhancing percutaneous absorption effects. Results The penetration rate of Compound Fructus Cnidii Gels without enhancer was 1.3063 (μg/cm2)/h. The penetration rate of Compound Fructus Cnidii Gels with 3% azone, 5% borneol and 3% menthene were 2.5669, 5.4063, 3.5006 (μg/cm2)/h, and the enhancing rates were 1.97, 3.37 and 2.60, respectively. Conclusion Chinese medicine of bomeol and menthene promote infiltration effect are better than the same quantity of azone, and this research will provide experimental data for skin administration of compound Chi- nese medicinal preparation.
