2007-2012年芦山县血吸虫病综合治理效果评价

Evaluation on effect of comprehens ive treatment of schistosomiasis in Lushan County during 2007-2012

目的评价2007-2012年芦山县综合治理血吸虫病的效果。方法采取回顾性调查方法,收集2007-2012年芦山县血吸虫病流行村的人畜病情资料、螺情资料、血吸虫病综合防治措施实施情况等资料进行分析。2007-2012年芦山县实施了人畜查病化疗、易感地带灭螺、硬化便民路和机耕道、整治沟渠、建沼气池、新建供水工程、购机补贴、建血防林、下湿田改造、水改旱和鱼塘灭螺等综合治理项目。结果 2007-2012年该县血防综合治理效果表现为各年均无急性血吸虫病感染者发生,人群感染率控制在0.24%-0之间,2011、2012年连续2年为0,与2007年人群感染率相比各下降100%;各年均无病牛发生,耕牛感染率均为0;各年阳性螺数均为0,活螺平均密度由2007年的0.06%下降到2012年的0.05%,下降幅度为16.67%,但实有钉螺面积由2007年的15.84 hm2回升到2012年的52.12 hm2。结论 2007-2012年该县的血吸虫病综合治理效果整体推进良好,实施的综合防治措施能有效控制当地血吸虫病疫情,但也应注意到该县实有钉螺面积的控制还存在较大压力。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive treatment for schistosomiasis in Lushan County from 2007 to 2012.Methods Retrospective survey method was used.Data of human and animal disease,oncomelania,im plementation of measures for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in schistosomiasis endemic village of Lushan County from 2007 to 2012 were collected.Comprehensive treatment items of human and animal disease exam ination and chemotherapy,oncomelania control in susceptible district,hardening of the convenient way and tractor road,realignment of canals,building the biogas,building new water supply project,purchase subsidies,building woods for schistosomiasis prevention and control,improvement of wet field,paddy field transformed into dry farmland,elimi nating snails in fishpond were implemented in Lushan County from 2007 to 2012.Results Effects of comprehensive treatment for schistosomiasis control from 2007 to 2012 showed that there was no acute schistosomiasis infection oc curred,the crowd infection rate controlled between 0.24% to 0,its in 2011 and 2012 both were 0.Compared with 2007,the crowd infection rate decreased 100%.There was no cattle infection,the cattle infection rate was 0.The number of positive oncomelania was 0,density of living oncomelania decreased from 0.06% in 2007 to 0.05% in 2012,with a descend range of 16.67%.But the actual area of oncomelania increased from 15.84 hm2 in 2007 to 52.12 hm2 in 2012.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive control of schistosomiasis from 2007 to 2012 in Lushan County is good,implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures can effectively control the local epidemic sit uation of schistosomiasis,but attention should also be paid to the oncomelania control area,which still exist certain pressure.
