胎儿抚触等心理干预措施对减低分娩产妇焦虑水平的影响

Influence of psychological interventions such as fetal touching on reducing anxiety levels of puerperae

目的探讨胎儿抚触等心理干预措施对减低分娩产妇焦虑水平的影响。方法选择于2011年9月～2012年8月到广东省深圳市宝安区福永人民医院的160例分娩产妇作为研究对象,分为研究组及对照组,每组80例,对照组入院临产后行常规一对一陪产。对研究组患者行分娩知识、胎儿抚触及拉玛泽的培训,经护理后对两组患者的分娩前、分娩时时、分娩后焦虑评分比较,并使用SPSS 11.0统计学软件进行分析。结果经统计分析,研究组患者在分娩前焦虑值为(21.3±16.4)分,分娩后为(25.8±13.9)分,对照组患者在分娩前焦虑评分为(31.8±17.9)分,分娩后为(34.2±17.5)分,研究组患者焦虑方面明显较对照组低,两组患者在分娩后的评分相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎儿抚触等非损伤性护理心理干预措施既经济实用,方便有效,容易推广,既丰富了健康教育的内容,更符合现代理念的生物-心理-社会的产科服务模式,以达到提高产科质量为目的,具有较好的临床推广应用前景。

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological interventions such as fetal touching on reducing the anxiety levels of puerperae.Methods 160 puerperae admitted to Bao′ an District Fuyong People′ s Hospital from September 2011 to August 2012 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the study group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group were received conventional one-to-one paternity.The study group were received delivery knowledge,fetal touching and Lamaza training.After nursing,the pre-labor,intra-labor and post-labor anxiety scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed using the SPSS 11.0 statistical software.Results In the study group,the pre-labor anxiety value was（21.3 ±16.4） scores and the post-labor anxiety value was（25.8±13.9） scores;in the control group,the pre-labor anxiety value was（31.8 ±17.9） scores and the post-labor anxiety value was（34.2±17.5） scores.The study group had obviously lower anxiety value than the control group and the two groups had statistically significance difference in the post-labor anxiety value（P 0.05）.Conclusion Non-invasive nursing psychological interventions,such as fetal touching,not only are economical and practical,convenient and effective,easy to promote and enriching the content of health education,but also accord with the modern concept of biological-psychological-social obstetric service mode to achieve the goal of obstetric quality improvement,thus having good prospects for clinical application.
