膀胱全切除原位T型回肠新膀胱术并发症的观察和护理

Observation and nuring to complications of radical bladder resection in situ T-ileal newbladder

目的探讨膀胱全切除原位T型回肠新膀胱术后并发症的观察方法和护理经验。方法回顾性总结分析全膀胱切除原位T型回肠新膀胱术患者的并发症和护理经验,并探讨护理干预对并发症的预防作用。结果对全膀胱切除原位T型回肠新膀胱术后患者进行护理,20例术后共发生并发症2例,其中有1例不完全性肠梗阻及尿漏,经保守治疗治愈;另1例出现远期并发症排尿困难,经微创治疗治愈出院;有3例出现应激性消化道溃疡(上消化道出血)。无膀胱输尿管反流,电解质紊乱病例。结论经护理干预后,全膀胱切除原位T型回肠新膀胱术的并发症少。

Objective To explore the observation methods and nuring experience to complications of radical bladder resection in situ T-ileal newbladder.Methods The observation methods and nuring experience to complications of radical bladder resection in situ T-ileal newbladder were retrospectively analyzed,and the preventive effect of nursing intervention was discussed.Results 20 cases were observed after radical bladder resection in situ T-ileal newbladder.Complications happened to 2 cases of all the patients.One of them was incomplete intestinal obstruction and urine leakage,which was cured by conservative treatment.The other one,which was dysuria,was cured by minimally inva sive treatment.There were 3 cases occuring stress ulcer（upper gastrointestinal bleeding）.No bladder ureter reflux and electrolyte disorder happened.Conclusion Complications of radical bladder resection in situ T-ileal newbladder may be significantly reduced by nursing intervention.
