妇女绝经、老龄对骨质疏松的影响

The effects of menopause and aging on osteoporosis of women

目的分析绝经、老龄因素对妇女骨骼质量的影响。方法将150例妇女作为研究对象,利用法国Diag-nostic Medical Systems(DMS)公司生产的UBIS5000型超声骨密度/骨质量测定仪对腰椎骨密度(BMD)进行检测。结果 BMD随年龄增加而逐渐降低(P<0.01),女性绝经后骨量流失率随着绝经年限增加而增长(P<0.05)。结论年龄、绝经是骨质疏松症的危险因素,随着年龄、绝经年限的增加和延长骨密度呈下降趋势。

Objective To analyze the influence of pausimenia,aging factors on the quality of bone to the women.Methods Regarded the 150 cases of women as the research object,used the UBIS5000 type ultrasonic bone mineral density/bone quality tester produced by the French Diagnostic Medical Systems（DMS） company to take the lumbar ver tebrae bone mineral density（BMD） detection.Results The BMD gradually reduced as the age increased（P〈0.01）,and the bone wastage rate of the postmenopausal women increased as the menopausal period increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Aging and menopause are the risk factors of osteoporosis,along with the increased of age and the prolonged of menopausal period,the bone mineral density is on a declining curve.
