2型糖尿病合并脑梗死32例临床研究

Clinical research of type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction 32 cases

目的研究2型糖尿病合并脑梗死与无糖尿病的脑梗死患者的疗效及并发症情况。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月在我院住院治疗的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者32例,为观察组,选择同期在我院住院治疗无糖尿病的脑梗死患者32例,为对照组,比较两组治疗前后血脂、血糖及血压的变化情况。结果观察组的痊愈率明显低于对照组,观察组的并发症例数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病并发脑梗死较非糖尿病性脑梗塞治愈率低,并发症多,因此,临床应采取控制血糖,降压、调整血脂和血尿酸及适当的抗凝、抗血小板等综合治疗,才能减少脑梗死的发生率。

Objective To study the type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and efficacy in patients with cere bral infarction and diabetes complications.Methods From January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction in patients 32 cases,as the observation group,in the same period,non-diabetic patients with cerebral infarction 32 cases,as the control group,the blood lipids,blood sugar and blood pressure changes were compared before and after treatment.Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the complications of the number of cases of the observation group was significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction compared with non-diabetic cerebral infarction cure rate is low,more complications,Therefore,clinicians should be taken to control blood sugar,blood pressure,adjusting blood lipids and blood uric acid and appropriate anti coagulant,anti-platelet and comprehensive treatment in order to reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.
