股前外侧组织瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床探讨

Clinical effective analysis of anteriolateral femoral tissue flap in repairing oral and maxillofacial defects

目的探讨股前外侧组织瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的方法及疗效,总结其临床经验及相关并发症的原因。方法对2009年1月～2011年10月在我院行股前外侧组织瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的89例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。术后观察随访3～12个月,对组织瓣的颜色、质地、面部外形及功能恢复、受供区的并发症进行观察分析。结果所有组织瓣均完全成活。术后血栓发生率为4.5%(4/89),均抢救成功;2例组织修复术后张力增大,皮肤颜色发暗,经重新引流后组织瓣存活;其他的受区并发症发生率为7.9%(7/89),为局部血肿(5例)、腺瘘(2例),无供区并发症。结论股前外侧组织瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损具有创伤小等优点,是一种较好的手术方法。

Objective To discuss the methods and clinical effect of anteriolateral femoral tissue flap in repairing oral and maxillofacial defects,in order to sum up the clinical experience and causes of related complications.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 89 patients with anteriolateral femoral tissue flap in repairing oral and maxillofacial defects from January 2009 to October 2011 in our hospital.Postoperative observation and follow-up were continued for 3 to 12 months.The color and character of tissue flap,facial appearance and function recovery,the complications of donor site and recipient site were observed and analyzed.Results All tissue flaps were completed survival.The incidence of thrombosis was 4.5%（4/89） and all were successfully rescued.The tension increased and skin color dark of 2 tissue flaps and those tissue flaps were survival after again drainage.The incidence of complications in other recipient site was 7.9%（7/89）.5 cases were local hematoma,2 cases were sialosyrinx and no complications in donor site.Conclusion Anteriolateral femoral tissue flap in repairing oral and maxillofacial defects that has the advan tage of small wound,and so on.It is a better surgery method.
