乡镇医院消毒灭菌效果监测与调查

Monitoring and investigation of sterilization effect of township hospitals

目的掌握乡镇医院消毒灭菌工作现状与管理缺陷,落实医院感染的预防与控制措施。方法对我县22个乡镇医院的感染高风险部门的空气介质、使用中的消毒液、高压蒸汽灭菌器、医务人员手卫生的消毒灭菌效果进行监测,并对执行情况进行调查。结果消毒灭菌管理现状缺陷较多,各监测项目合格率偏低。结论强化消毒灭菌监测管理,及时发现和解决存在的问题,落实消毒灭菌监测效果;加强自身消毒灭菌与医院感染管理;卫生行政部门须加大监督力度与培训,以减少医院感染隐患。

Objective To grasp the current status and management deficiencies of the sterilization work of township hospitals and practice the prevention and control measures of hospital infection.Methods The air medium,disinfectant,high-pressure steam sterilizer and sterilization effect of medical staffs in the high-risk infection departments of 22 township hospitals of our county were monitored and the implementation situation was investigated.Results There existed many defects in the current management of sterilization and the passing rate of each monitoring project was low.Conclusion It is suggested that the monitoring and management of sterilization should be strengthened,existing problems be found and solved timely,and monitoring effect of sterilization be practiced.The sterilization and infection control of hospitals should be strengthened.The health administrative departments should strengthen the supervision and training in order to reduce the hospital infection hazards.
