苏黄止咳胶囊在咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用研究

Clinical study on Suhuang zhike capsule in treatment of cough variant asthma

目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊在咳嗽变异性哮喘中的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组32例予以苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,对照组28例给予酮替芬治疗,疗程7～14 d。结果治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组为71.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能降低气道高反应性,较好缓解咳嗽症状,疗效明显优于对照组,并且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and security of Su Huang cough capsule in cough variant asth ma.Methods Sixty patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment and control group.The treatment group was treated with Su Huang cough capsule while the control group was treated with Ketotifen.The course of treatment was 7-14 days.Results The effective rate of thetreatment group was 93.7%,while that of the con trol group was 71.4%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Su Huang cough capsule could decrease airway hyperresponsiveness and relieve symptoms of cough.The clinical efficacy and security of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.
