复方炔诺酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of composite norethisterone for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的观察复方炔诺酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选择本院2010年4月～2012年7月收治的80例功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,分别采用复方炔诺酮和炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后月经周期、经期天数、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白的变化。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者月经周期、经期天数、子宫内膜厚度及血红蛋白均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论复方炔诺酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切,可作为功能失调性子宫出血的首选治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of composite norethisterone for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Eighty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding from April 2010 to July 2012 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group （n=40） and the control group （n=40）.The observation group was treated by composite norethisterone and the control group was treated by ethinyloestradiol.The clinical efficacy were observed,menstrual cycle,menstrual days,endometrial thickness,changes in hemoglobin of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The curative effect rate of observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P＆lt;0.05）.The menstrual cycle,menstrual period,endometrial thickness,and hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of composite norethisterone for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is better.It can be as preferred method to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
