ABCG2在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达及临床相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究ATP结合盒转运体基因2(ABCG2)在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达并探讨其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法收集经手术治疗并有明确病理诊断的初治乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的石蜡标本共112例,进行免疫组织化学检测ABCG2的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 ABCG2在乳腺癌组织的表达高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在乳腺癌组中的表达率为51.8%,其表达情况与腋淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05),与月经状况、年龄、脉管癌栓、肿瘤大小、雌激素受体、孕激素受体及HER2-2表达等无关(P>0.05)。结论 ABCG2在乳腺癌组织的表达高于癌旁组织,ABCG2+与乳腺癌细胞的生长、转移有关。 Objective To study the expression of ABCG2 in breast cancer and pericarcinomatous tissue and its correlation with clinicopathological features. Methods A total of 112 paraffin samples of the patients with breast invasive ductal cancer treated by surgery and confirmed by clear pathological diagnosis were collected.The ABCG2 expression was detected by using the immunohistochemistry and its correlation with clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of ABCG2 in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in pericarcinomatous tissue,the difference was statistically significant(P&lt;0.05);the expression rate in breast cancer tissues was 51.8%,and its expression was correlated to axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical staging ( P&lt;0.05),but it was not correlated to menstrual status, age,vascular cancer embolus,tumor size,estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor or HER2-2 expression ( P&gt;0.05). Conclusion The expression of ABCG2 in breast cancer tissues is higher than that in pericarcinomatous tissue.ABCG2+ is correlated to the growth and metastasis of breast cancer cells.
