中西医结合分阶段治疗Pilon骨折效果观察

Effect observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating the Pilon fracture by stages

目的探讨中西医结合分阶段治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析57例闭合pilon骨折患者的临床资料和随访结果,按是否接受中药治疗将其分为治疗组28例和对照组29例,两组患者入院后均给予跟骨牵引,择期行分期手术治疗。治疗组在治疗过程中加用中药治疗,对照组无中药治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组两次手术间隔时间分别为(10.5±3.6)d、(13.2±2.8)d,骨折愈合时间分别为(22.8±3.5)d、(25.4±9.9)d,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合分阶段治疗Pilon骨折疗效确切,较之单纯西医治疗有优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating the Pilon fracture by stages. Methods The clinical data and follow-up results of 57 patients with closed Pilon fractures were analzyed retrospectively.Patients were divided into the treatment group with 28 patients and the control group with 29 patients according to whether they received Chinese medicine treatment or not.Both groups of patients received calcaneal traction and selective surgery after admission.The treatment group received additional Chinese medicine during the treatment process while the control group did not.The curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results Interval time of two operation in the treatment group and the control group were （10.5 ±3.6） d and （13.2±2.8） d respectively,fracture healing time were fracture （22.8 ±3.5） d, （25.4±9.9） d respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups （ P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating the Pilon fracture by stages is exact.It has an advantage compared to the pure western medicine treatment.
