摘要
目的分析连州市人民医院中药注射液的药物不良反应(ADR),就如何防治ADR提出对策。方法回顾性分析本院2007～2012年上报的可疑中药注射液ADR的资料,并结合临床工作实践,总结中药注射液ADR的影响因素。结果中药注射液ADR涉及的品种有13个,临床表现以皮疹、发热、头晕和寒战多见,存在年龄差异,呈逐年上升趋势。结论临床使用中药注射液应详细阅读药品说明书,遵循中医用药规律,辨证施治,严格掌握适应证、用法用量、溶媒选择、滴速控制等,避免中药注射液ADR的发生。
Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions （ADR） of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injection of people’s hospital in Lianzhou city to put forward the preventive strategies on how to prevent and treat ADR. Methods The suspicious report of TCM injection were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from 2007 to 2012,influence factors of ADR in TCM injection were summed up combining with clinical practice. Results ADR happened in 13 varieties of TCM injections and its clinical manifestations were mainly rash,fever,dizziness,chill.There was the age difference and the ADR showed an increasing trend year by year. Conclusion It is essential to carefully read the drug package insert,abide by the drug rule of TCM,carry out the syndrome differentiation and treatment,master strictly the indications,usage and dosage,solvent selection,dripping speed control etc applying TCM injection clinically in order to avoid the occurrence of ADR in TCM injection.
