无痛病房管理应用于骨科疼痛护理的疗效观察

The efficacy observation of painless ward management application to pain nursing in the orthopedics department

目的探讨无痛病房管理应用于骨科疼痛护理的临床疗效。方法选择2010年10月～2013年3月本院骨科诊治的240例患者,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(无痛病房护理),每组各120例,对两组术后疼痛缓解度、疼痛控制评分及护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后疼痛完全缓解率、疼痛控制评分、护理总满意率均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛病房管理能够明显缓解患者术后疼痛,改善患者预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of painless ward management application to pain nursing in the orthopedics department. Methods 240 cases of patients in orthopedics department of our hospital from October 2010 to March 2013 were randomly into control group （routine nursing） and observation group （painless ward nursing）,120 patients per group.The postoperative pain remission degree,pain control scores and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative pain entire remission rate, pain control scores and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion The painless ward management can significantly relieve the postoperative pain,improve the quality of patients’ prognosis,and worthy of clinical promotion.
