剖宫产手术指征的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the indication for cesarean section

目的通过分析剖宫产手术指征,降低剖宫产率。方法对2010年11月～2011年11月在本院剖宫产分娩的1280例产妇资料进行第一指征分析。结果 1280例剖宫产首位剖宫产指征为胎儿窘迫411例(32.11%),其次为社会因素262例(20.47%)及瘢痕子宫258例(20.16%)。结论以严谨科学的态度掌握剖宫产指征对降低剖宫产率具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To reduce the cesarean section rate through the analysis of the indication for cesarean section. Methods 1280 cases of parturient experiencing cesarean sections in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2011 were selected,and the first indications data of 1280 cases were analyzed. Results The first indication of 1280 cases of parturient were fetal distress （411 cases,32.11% ）,social factors （262 cases,20.47% ）,scar uterus （258 cases, 20.16%）.Conclusion Rigorous scientific attitude to grasp the cesarean section indications has important clinical signif - icance to reduce the cesarean section rate.
