摘要
目的分析围绝经期阴道出血的病因。方法对2010年1月～2011年6月于本院院就诊的168例围绝经期阴道出血患者的资料进行临床分析。结果围绝经期阴道出血的患者中,子宫肌瘤占14.88%,子宫腺肌症占11.31%,子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌症占5.95%。结论围绝经期阴道异常出血为一种警报信号,子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌症所致的出血需引起足够重视。
Objective To analyze the etiology of perimenopausal vaginal bleeding. Methods Clinical data of 168 cases of perimenopausal vaginal bleeding patients in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were analyzed. Results In perimenopausal vaginal bleeding patients, uterine fibroids accounted for 14.88%, adenomyosis accounted for 11.31%, and uterine fibroids with adenomyosis accounted for 6.0%.Conclusion As the vaginal perimenopausal abnormal bleeding being a warning signal, the abnormal bleeding due to uterine fibroids and adenomyosis need more attention.
