Diagnosis on the equipment of the 10-stand high speed no-twist finishing wire rod mill is briefly described.It is illustrated in a few examples that the equipment diagnostic technique is an indispensable technical means to those highly mechanized,automatical and continuous production equipments in accurately detecting the hidden troubles,making decisions for repair and maintenance and ensuring normal production.
