摘要
通过对LD转炉冶炼过程的分析讨论 ,基于炼钢过程中各种物理化学反应的物料平衡和热平衡、经验总结 ,建立起LD转炉冶炼的静态数学模型 ,据此编制计算机程序 ,经调试后得到通用软件。它对转炉炼钢生产过程和炼钢设计均有一定的实际参考价值。
Based on the material and heat equilibrium of various physic chemical reactions and practical experiences about steelmaking the static mathematical models about LD converter are establshed by analyzing the metallurgical process in LD converter. Hence a general purpose software for the converter is obtained by computer programming and readjustment. It is of practical and referential importance to production and design of LD converter refining.
