注水系统腐蚀结垢机理分析与防治措施 被引量:8

摘要 注水开发是目前油田的主要稳产措施,然而油田注水系统腐蚀、结垢问题的日益加剧,严重影响油田的正常生产。通过现场调查分析与室内试验,以及对永宁采油厂注水系统结垢腐蚀机理的分析,筛选出适合该油田的缓蚀剂,阻垢剂等,明显的改善了水质,满足了注水系统的要求。 The waterflood development is one of the oilfield's main production measures,however corrosion and scaling problems of the oilfield waterflood system are more and more serious,which has affected the normal oilfield production.In this paper,through field investigation and laboratory tests,as well as analysis on corrosion and scaling mechanism of water injection system in Yongning oil production plant,suitable corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor were selected.After using these corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor,water quality was improved,the requirements of the water injection system were met,and the waterflood development effect was improved.
