Discussion on ZHG Technology

在工程设计的基础上,简要介绍ZHG工艺的特点,并将其与引进技术做出比较,结果表明:ZHG工艺能耗低,产品质量高。ZHG工艺不仅可以应用在新建装置上,也可以利用其特点对间歇液相本体聚丙烯生产工艺(即小本体工艺)进行改造。详细说明了小本体工艺改造的方案,即将ZHG工艺中的催化剂单元、聚合单元和低压丙烯洗涤单元移植到小本体工艺中,其余部分保持不变。另外还对改造方案的经济效益进行了分析,结果表明,ZHG工艺的推广将带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Based on the engineering design,characteristics of ZHG technology were introduced,and ZHG technology was compared with imported technologies.The results show that ZHG technology has low energy consumption,high product quality.ZHG technology can not only be used in new devices,can also be used in transformation of batch liquid bulk polypropylene production process（i.e.small bulk process）.In this paper,based on actual projects,the transformation plan of small body process was introduced.Namely,the catalyst unit,polymerization unit and low-pressure propylene washing unit in ZHG technology were transplanted into the small body process,the others remain unchanged.In addition,economic benefit of the transformation was analyzed.The results show that ZHG technology will bring huge economic benefits and social benefits.
