微波技术在粉煤灰制备硅肥工艺中的应用探索 被引量:5

摘要 粉煤灰的组成主要是飞灰和灰渣,是燃煤电厂排放的固体废弃物。根据有相关的资料显示我国目前累计堆存粉煤灰己超过13亿t,占地33 330 km2,既浪费土地资源,又严重污染环境,并且对电力工业的进一步发展造成了阻碍。利用粉煤灰制硅肥是减少粉煤灰污染的一种途径。本文利用微波技术活化粉煤灰,提高粉煤灰中有效硅的含量。通过改变微波炉功率﹑微波时间﹑添加剂种类及含量活化粉煤灰,从而提高有效硅含量,最后选取最优条件制得硅肥。 The composition of coal ash is fly ash and ash.According to present related report that the coal ash has accumulated to 1.3 billion ton and occupied 33330 km2 area in China,it would be a waste of land resources,and pollute the environment seriously.Even more,it is an obstacle to the further development of the electric power industry.To use fly ash to produce silicon fertilizer is way which can reduce the pollution.In this paper,the microwave technology was used to activate fly ash to enhance the content of the available silicon.The fly ash was activated by changing the power of microwave oven,microwave time,types and content of additives.Thereby the content of available silicon was improved.Finally,the optimum conditions to produce silicon fertilizer were obtained.
