摘要
在改进GP指数的基础上,构建中国省级知识产权保护衡量指标,并借助内生门槛方法检验中国自主研发及三大国际技术引进路径的最优知识产权门槛值。实证结果证实了知识产权保护与技术创新间的倒U型关系,各创新源泉的最优知识产权保护门槛值按大小顺序依次为自主研发、专利申请、FDI及进口贸易。在权衡各创新源泉技术创新贡献度及其最优知识产权门槛的基础上,进一步给出中国最优知识产权保护区间。
On the basis of improving GP index, this paper constructs China's provincial intel- lectual property protection index, and tests the optimal intellectual property protection threshold value of independent R&D and three international technology import paths with endogenous threshold method. The empirical results confirm the correctness of poured U-shaped relationship hypothesis between intellectual property protection and technical innovation. The sequence order of the optimal intellectual property protection threshold value of different sources is as follows: independent R&D, patent application, FDI and import. After integrated balancing the contribu- tion of innovation sources and their own optimal threshold value, we provide the optimal intel- lectual property protection interval.
