摘要
介绍钢筋砼构件中钢筋强度的检测及实际应力的测定，对测试结果进行整理分析，作出正确的结论，为工程事故的诊断与处理提供可靠的依据。
The article introduces the tests to strength and stress of steel concrete parts. The test Results were analysed and put in order Correct conclusions were made. The paper gives reasons for examining and handling engineering accidents.
