摘要
在民用建筑中，屋面渗漏是工程建设中常出现的问题。解决这个问题的关键是把好三关：即设计、施工、监理三关。
in civil architecture, the leaking of roof surface often appears in construction. In order to avoid this, the key is to control three things: designing, materials and supervision.
