随着经济体制的转型以及高等学校教育体制的改革，城市规划涉及到的因素也日趋复杂化，只局限于对土地等自然资源的时空配置的规划观念应有所转变。高校园区规划要从功能要求、规划布局、规划意象等几个方面来考虑。

With the changing of economic system and the reforming of educational system in colleges, the factors in city planning are becoming complicated gradually. The planning concept which limits to space-time arrangement of land and natural resources must be changed. And what's more, college park planning should be considered from function, lad-out and image.
