摘要
对筛选得到的一株生产1, 3-丙二醇性能比较好的克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌PK2的发酵条件进行了探索,确定了最佳发酵温度为37℃. 考察了C, N, P单因子对发酵的影响,通过正交实验确定了培养基的C, N, P最佳配方及pH. 甘油的转化率可达46.7%.
The optimal conditions of 1,3-propanediol fermentation with selected Klebsiella pneumonia PK2 in our lab were investigated with fermentation in flask. First, the optimal fermentation temperature, 37℃, was determined. Then, the effect of concentration of C, N, P sources on the fermentation was studied by single factor experiments, based on which the orthogonal experiments were further designed and carried out. The optimal concentrations of C, N, P in the medium and pH were finally determined, under which the yield of PDO was up to 46.7%.
