摘要
本文通过对连铸连轧熔铝炉的工况分析,主要介绍了变频调速器在熔炼过程中的节能应用,并开创了高粘度重油使用变频技术的先例,为铝加工生产节能降耗开辟了新途径。
On the basis of analysig the work efficiency of the continuous casting and continuous rolling aluminium melting furnace, this paper introduced the energy saving application of freguency converted regulator and started application of high viscosity heavy oil for frequency converted technology. It is a new way to improve the energy saving and lowering consumption for aluminium processing production.
