摘要
本文对南平铝帮60kA侧插自焙阳极铝电解槽进行电压、能量平衡测试与计算的基础上,指出了60kA铝电解槽电压、能量分配上存在的一些问题,分析了进一步降低吨铝交流电耗的方法和途径,为工艺条件的改变和节能降耗提供了依据。
On the basis of testing and calculating the 60kA side - mounted self - baking anode aluminium electrolytic cell to voltage and energy balance, this paper pointed out the problems of cell voltage and energy distribution, analysed the method and the way to further lower power consumption per ton aluminium. It provides scientific basis for charging technical condition and energy saving and lowering consumption.
