摘要
本文主要概述了金昌冶炼厂原来的供水控制系统的构成及缺陷,介绍了新颖的采用法国施耐德公司的ATV-58HD46N4变频器、日本三菱公司的FX2N-32MR可编程控制器、PJD调节器和压力传感器构成的恒压供水闭环控制系统;系统只要获得压力给定值和反馈值便可工作,通过输出频率的改变实现泵的转速调节,进行压力闭环控制,保持管网的压力恒定。本文还对该系统的优点作了较为详细的论述;特别是与原来的由人工调节阀门大小来控制流量的方法在节能效果上作了详细比较。
This paper explained on the Constitution and the drawback of original Water Supply Control System in Jinchang Smeltery and introduced a new system with constant pessare watersupply and closedcycle control it constitued ATV - 58HD46N4 freguency converter from France, FX2N - 32MR Programme Controller from Japan and PID regulator and Pressure Sensor. As long as granted certain value pressure and feedback value , the system can work. Based on the change of outport frequecy to realize regulating speed of pump and Pressure closed - cycle control, mantained pressure constant of pipent. This paper also explained in detail on the merits of the system, Particularly, the contrast between the new system and original system, which regulating valve with manual to control flowrate.
