摘要
总结了深冲钢板织构影响塑性应变比的研究方法 ,分析了 8种主要织构对深冲钢板塑性应变比的影响特点 ,探讨了深冲钢板Δr值偏大时的织构原因 ,可为深冲钢板塑性应变比的改善提供依据。
The present paper summaries methods for study on the effect of textures on plastic strain ratio of deep drawing steel sheet,analyzes the characteristics of eight main texture components affecting the plastic strain ratio of deep drawing steel sheet,and discusses reasons for larger Δr value.The results may be referential to ameliorating the plastic strain ratio of deep drawing steel sheet.
