摘要
基于FEM和Masta软件,详细计算和分析了某型发动机附件机匣系统在内部啮合激励下的振动响应特性.首先计算得到了各级齿轮副的静啮合误差(位移)激励,然后详细计算了在内部啮合激励下的附件机匣壳体的振动响应,分析讨论了其基本规律和特点.计算得到的附件机匣在受力位置的振动响应幅值在最大值为80g,小于限制值150g.研究表明,所提出的方法和技术有助于在设计阶段对这类复杂传动系统的振动特性预测和评估.
Based on finite element method(FEM) and software of Masta,the vibration response characteristics of accessory gearbox under the inner meshing excitation were calculated and analyzed.Firstly the static meshing error(displacement) excitations of gear pairs in each stage were obtained.Then the vibration response of case shell of accessory gearbox under the inner meshing excitation was researched.Finally the basic vibration characteristics of the accessory gearbox under the inner meshing excitation were discussed.The maximum vibration amplitudes obtained at key positions of the case shell are 80g lower than the limited value of 150g.The results indicate that the method and technique presented can be used effectively to predict and evalute the vibration characteristics of the accessory gearbox in design process.
