摘要
阐述了大武口选煤厂金能分厂采用TBS干扰床分选机分选粗煤泥工艺存在的问题,提出了采用螺旋分选机对干扰床分选机尾矿进行再选、再选精煤采用磨矿解离后通过浮选回收的分选工艺,应用该工艺深度解离回收粗煤泥中的焦煤资源,取得了明显的经济效益。
Expounded is the problems confronted in the process of coarse coal slime cleaning by teetered bed separator(TBS) at the Branch Plant of Dawukou Coal Preparation Plant;proposed was the substitution of 2-product TBS by 3-product TBS with pre-discard of refuse;introduced is the process for treatment of middling from TBS by grinding-liberation-flotation,with this process the coking coal in middling can be liberated and recovered that the economic benefit be maximized.
