摘要
本文阐述对军队医院管理职业化内涵的理解,分析我军医院管理职业化建设现状:管理者职业化已成为共识,但管理专业化意识仍需深化;关注高层管理者职业化,缺乏对管理队伍的整体设计;军队医院管理者职业化体制机制初具雏形,需健全完善。据此,提出相应的发展构想:以倡导专业化精神为引领,明晰管理职业化地位;科学规划设计,畅通适应管理队伍职业化需求的能力提升渠道;渐进改善内外部环境,完善管理者职业化管理体制机制。
The article analyzed the connotation of professionalism of military hospital managers.Its status in military hospital were discussed as following: the professionalism has been the trend,but the specialization level should be improved;most attentions were paid on the high-level managers in the hospital,and the design of the manager team professionalism is lack;the management system of professionalism has been established primarily and need to be advanced.Finally,the development conceive was proposed to develop the manager system professionalism from the aspects as functions of manager professionalism,the cultivation channels and the inside and outside environment.
