Comprehensive Evaluation System of Medical Support Capability of Military Hospital

目的通过建立军队医院卫勤保障能力评价体系,对提升军队医院在战争和非战争条件下卫勤保障综合能力进行科学评价。方法在多项评价指标中筛选出代表性、稳定性较好的指标赋予权重,结合多种评价方法对卫勤保障能力进行评价,寻找出影响卫勤保障能力的主要因素。结果通过建立指标体系和方法组合,对构成卫勤保障能力的各要素进行分解,使评价结果更具有准确性和实用性。结论将综合评价法引入军事斗争卫勤保障领域是积极的、可行的,为军队医院卫勤保障能力的提升提供决策建议。

Objective Through establishing the evaluation system of medical support ability of military hospital,to improve the comprehensive evaluation in war and non-war conditions.Methods Screening out the representative,good stability index in the evaluation indicators,the weights are given,evaluate the ability of medical service support with a variety of evaluation methods and find out the main factors that influence the ability of medical support.Results through the establishment of index system and method combination,do the decomposition to the elements of medical support capability and make the evaluation result more accurate and practical.Conclusion Making the comprehensive evaluation method into the field of medical support of military struggle is positive and feasible,which provides the suggestions for medical support capability of military hospital promotion.
