军队疗养院护士培训管理体系构建

Construction of the Nurse Training Management System in Military Sanatorium

目的提高护士自身素质和疗养服务质量,增强为部队服务的能力。方法建立疗养院的护理培训管理体系,确立培训目标,制定培训方案,采用多种形式,对疗养护士进行全员额、全方位、多层次的培训。结果通过培训疗养护理服务满意度逐年递增,由2007年的96.12%上升至2012年上半年的99.11%;100%护士认为培训对护理服务质量、护理团队的整体形象和自身素质都有促进和提高,其中认为有明显提高的分别占63.4%和60.6%;100%和97.2%的护士认为多形式、分层次培训能提高培训效果。结论规范的疗养院护理培训管理体系,是提高疗养服务质量、提升疗养护士综合能力的有效途径。

Objective To Improve the nurse quality and convalescence service quality,and enhance the service ability for the army.Methods Establish nursing training management system in sanatorium,develop training goals and training programs,take various forms for infirmary nurse full posts,all-round and multi-level training.Results Service satisfaction of nursing in sanatorium has increased year by year,the percentage has risen from 96.12% in 2007 to 99.11% in the first half of 2012.100% of the nurses think that training to improve and promote the quality of nursing service,the overall image of the nursing team and their own quality,Among them,the amount of significantly improved respectively is 63.4% and 60.6%.100% and 97.2% of the nurses think that various forms,the multi-level training can improve the training effectiveness.Conclusion Standardized nursing training management system in sanatorium was an effective way to improve the comprehensive ability and nursing service quality in sanatorium.
