摘要
目的了解医学生考研认知状况,为临床教育管理提供参考依据。方法随机选取在福州地区某医院学习的不同年级(2007级、2008级)同一专业医学生102名,运用自行设计问卷,进行考研认知调查,数据采用ridit分析进行分析。结果医学生不同年龄、所需备考时间、温书假、考研择校及将临床技能纳入招生考试,其考研认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低年级(2008级)医学生考研认知期望值高,高年级(2007级)医学生对研究生招生增加临床技能考试的改革应为关注。
Objective To investigate the understanding and cognition of facing with the Postgraduate Entrance Exam in the medical undergraduates,and provide references for clinical education administrations of undergraduates.Methods 102 interns were included in this study and applied the self-designed questionnaire to investigate mental conditions of medical interns facing the exam.They were in some hospital in Fuzhou coming from 2007 and 2008 grade of Medical Institute respectively.The data acquired were processed by ridit analysis.Results There are statistically different in ages,time needed for exam,time for preparation,choice for postgraduate institute,and clinical practice exam included in Postgraduate Entrance Exam.Conclusion Medical interns from 2007 grade had greater motivations for the Postgraduate Entrance Exam.While the interns from 2008 grade paid more attention to reforming policy of clinical practice exam included in Postgraduate Entrance Exam.
