贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

Efficacy’of Zhenqi tonic capsule in treatment of Condyloma acuminatum

目的观察贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 86例尖锐湿疣患者被随机分为对照组43例和实验组43例。对照组微波治疗后肌注甘露聚糖肽,5mg/d,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用贞芪扶正胶囊口服,6粒/次,2次/d,1个月为一个疗程。3个月后观察比较临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后实验组43病例例中,19例痊愈,17例显效,4例好转,3例无效;总有效率为93.0%。43例对照组病例中,7例痊愈,15例显效,9例好转,12例无效;总有效率为72.1%。两组的疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者的疗效明显好于对照组治疗后3个月实验组43例病例中有8例复发,5例有不良反应;对照组43例病例中有19例复发,14例有不良反应。实验组复发率、不良反应及并发症少于对照组。结论贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣,能提高疗效,降低复发率,减少不良反应及并发症。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenqi tonic capsule in treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum（CA）.Methods A total of 86 patients with CA were randomly divided into control group（43 cases）and experiment one（43 cases）.The control group were treated by microwave combined with mannatide injection,daily 5mg,once a day;while Zhenqi tonic capsule added to the experiment group based on the treatment of the control one,six capsules each time,twice a day and one month for a course.Then the results in both groups were observed and compared three months after treatment.Results One month after treatment,The total effect in the experiment group was 93.0% and that of the control group was 72.1%,showing significantly statistical differences in the effects between the two groups（P0.01）.Three months after treatment,there were 8 recurrent cases and 5 with adverse reactions among 43 cases in the experimental group,While there were 19 f recurrent cases and 14 with adverse reactions among 43 cases in the control group.Conclusions Zhenqi tonic capsule is effective for treatment of CA cases with lower recurrence rate and less side effects and complications
