摘要
SPR-微流控芯片技术已经成为21世纪最为重要的前沿技术之一,现已广泛应用于生物医学领域。对比传统的研究方法,微流控技术具有微量、快速、自动、可控的特点;SPR技术具有非标记、灵敏、实时、定量检测的特点。它们相结合将具有高灵敏度、高通量、非标记、样品和试剂耗量小等优点,它们的综合应用将会改变现代生物医学研究的格局。SPR-微流控芯片在医学方面的研究取得巨大成就,本文将在细胞、基因、蛋白质、小分子与小离子检测等方面进行综述。
SPR-microfluidic chip technology has become one of the most important cutting-edge technology in twenty-first century,which has been widely used in the biomedical fields.Compared with the traditional research methods,microfluidic technology has trace,fast,automatic,controllable characteristics.SPR has unmarked,sensitive,real-time,quantitative detection characteristics.SPR-microfluidic will combine with high sensitivity,high throughput,label-free,less sample and reagent consumption,their comprehensive application will change the pattern of modern biomedical research.In this paper,SPR-microfluidic chip technology will be reviewed.in the biomedical research advances,including cell research,gene and proteins,small molecules and small ion and so on.
