广西农村地区低档场所嫖客艾滋病相关知信行调查

Survey of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and practices among clients in rural areas of Gu7angxi

目的了解广西农村低档场所嫖客的艾滋病相关知识知晓率情况和高危行为的特征及影响因素。方法通过观察法、个人深入访谈、问卷调查等方法对103名嫖客的一般情况、艾滋病知识的知晓率、安全套使用等情况进行了调查。结果调查发现,低档场所的嫖客对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率较低,平均答对题数仅为3.24题(共8题);嫖客人群以50岁以上的中老年人为主,占70.87%;嫖客文化程度较低,初中以下文化程度者超过90%;最近一个月商业性行为中坚持使用安全套的比例为3.88%;HIV感染率为1.94%,梅毒感染率为9.71%。结论农村地区低档场所的嫖客艾滋病相关知识的知晓率较低,HIV感染率较高,安全套使用率较低,自愿进行HIV检测的比例和性病诊疗获得率都较低。可根据其自身特点开展具有针对性的宣传教育和外展服务,扩大自愿咨询检测和规范化性病诊疗的覆盖面和可及性。

Objective To survey the HIV/AIDS-related knowledge awareness,high risk behavior among clients in low cost sites of rural areas in Guangxi.Methods The HIV/AIDS-related knowledge awareness,high risk behavior among clients in low cost sites of rural areas in Guangxi were surveyed both by personal in-depth interviews and questionnaire.Results The awareness of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge of clients whose average number of correct answers was only 3.24 questions(8questions in total).The clients were mainly in the age group of over 50 years old,accounted for 70.87% and 90% of them were below junior middle school education level.The frequency of condom use during commercial sex behaviors with the CSW in the last month was 3.88%,HIV infection rate was 1.94%,and the syphilis infection rate was 9.71%.Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge of clients in low-cost sites was low.The HIV infection rate among them was high;the rate of condom use was low;Therefore,integrated prevention and control measures including helth education be taken to reduce the infection rates of sexually transmitted diseasss in rural areas of Guangxi.
