The residual effect of pyrethroid suspension on different absorbing materials

摘要 目的用拟除虫菊酯喷洒3种不同吸收材料的表面,观察对中华按蚊的滞留效果。方法采用GB/T13917.1-2009农药登记卫生用杀虫剂的室内药效试验及评价方法,用强迫接触器做滞留喷洒的室内药效测定。结果15 mg/m2玻璃药板面存放180d,杀虫效果为100%;25 mg/m2漆木药板面存放45d,杀虫效果为79.24%。25 mg/m2水泥药板面存放3d,杀虫效果<50%。结论不吸收材料的玻璃药板面对中华按蚊残效最长,半吸收材料的油漆木药板面残效次之,全吸收材料的水泥药板面对中华按蚊残效最差。 Objective To observe the effect of pyrethroid suspension sprayed on the surface of three different absorbing materials in killing Anopheles sinensis.Methods The residual effect of public health insecticides,pyrethroid on Anopheles sinensis was tested in the laboratory based on the criterion of GB/T 13917-2009.Results The killing effect of pyrethroid suspension was 100% 180 days after sprayed on glass surface at the concentration of 15 mg/m2;The effect of pyrethroid on wood plaque surface at the concentration of 25 mg/m2 was 79.24% 45 days after sprayed.the same insecticides were treated lacquer wood panel and kept for 45 days,the insecticidal effect was 79.24% and less than 50% 3 days after sprayed on the cement surface with the same concentration of 25 mg/m2.Conclusion The residual effect of pyrethroid in killing Anopheles sinensis on non-absorbing material-glass surfaces was the longest and followed by half absorbing object surface of wood and cement surface.
