电子病历的终端功能建设及问题思考

Terminal Function Building and Thinking on Problems of Electronic Medical Record

电子病历已在各级医疗机构广泛使用,但电子病历的终端服务功能的开发尚在进行中,结合我院正在建设的电子病历终端功能中的归档、借阅、复印、封存、解封、激活功能,分析了其建设过程中存在归档不及时、复印资料不全、权限设定不清、激活流程不规范、电子数据不能共享等问题及原因,建议要做好电子病历的终端功能建设必须各级领导要重视,供需双方多沟通,各系统数据间的接口对接良好。

Electronic medical records have been widely used in medical institutions at all levels. But the development of the ter- minal service function of electronic medical records is still in progress. This article analyzing problems of archive not in time, copy of data is not complete, permission set is not clear, the activation process is not standard, and electronic data cannot be shared combine with the functions of archive, library, photocopying, sealed and unsealed, activation. We suggest that leaders at all levels should at- tach importance to it, supply and requisitioning parties should communicate with each other, and all system data interface are in good condition.
