摘要
目的研究角色模拟教学法在妇产科临床教学中应用的可行性及前景。方法本研究将临床见习阶段进行妇产科学习的学生随机分为两组,实验组采取角色模拟教学法学习,对照组采取传统教学法学习。学习后通过对比两组病例分析能力及对比两组问卷反馈教学效果来比较两组的授课效果。结果两组学生病例分析题考核,实验组平均成绩为85.6±4.5,对照组平均成绩为77.3±3.7,两组比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。实验组对这种教学方法的满意度达100%(15/15),而对照组仅为80%(12/15);实验组100%(15/15)的同学认为这种教学方法可以有助于提高临床能力,对照组只有40%(6/15)的同学认为这种教学方法可以提高临床能力。两组在学习满意度及临床能力提高可行性方面经统计学比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论角色模拟教学法能够有助于妇产科临床教学,具有广泛的应用前景。
Abjective To investigate the feasibility and prospective of using character simulation teaching in gynaecology and obstetrics clinical teaching education. Methods Thirty students in clinical teaching practice were randomly divided into 2 groups: experi- mental group and control group. Using character simulation method in experimental group the students in experimental group were enrolled in character simulation teaching, contrasted to those in control group. Observing the ability of case analysis and elevate teach- ing effects. Retmlts According to the examination result, the score of experimental group is 85.6 ~ 4.5, and control group is 77.3 ~ 3.7. The score of experimental group is much higher than control group( P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction of students' feedback for character simulation and traditional teaching is 100% and 80% respectively. (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Character simulation teaching has better effect in gynaecology and obstetrics clinical education which is worth for further development in future clinical education.
