西安地区女性生殖道感染HPV基因型调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 调查西安地区女性生殖道感染HPV基因型分布状况,了解不同亚型HPV在女性中的感染情况及流行病学意义.方法 对2012年6月~2013年2月在陕西省人民医院妇科门诊及住院患者阴道分泌物标本采用PCR-反向斑点杂交法检测19个HPV基因型,包括低危型(HPV6,11和43)和高危型(HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68和CP8304亚型).结果 1 786例样本中检出HPV阳性者514例,检出率为28.8%,HPV阳性者中低危型占30.9%,高危型占39.7%,两型和两型以上混合感染占29.4%;1 786例样本中感染率最高的为低危HPV6型(9.1%),其他型别分别为HPV16(5.5%),HPV11(3.9%),HPV52(3.8%),HPV58(2.7%),HPV66(2.4%),HPV53(2.0%),HPV68(1.8%),HPV51(1.6%),HPV39(1.4%),HPV33(1.2%),HPV31(1.0%),HPV-CP8304(1.0%),HPV18(0.7%),HPV43(0.7%),HPV59(0.5%),HPV56(0.11%),HPV35(0.10%)和HPV45(0.09%).结论 西安地区女性生殖道感染HPV基因分布有区域特点,HPV检测具有重要的流行病学意义. Objectives Our purpose of study was to investigate HPV subtypes infection in lower genital tract of female patients and its epidemiological significance in Xi'an city. Methods A total of 1786 cases of female patients from June 2012 to February 2013 were detected for 19 types of HPV DNA by PCR-RDB including low risk subtypes (HPV6,11 and 43) and high risk subtypes (HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56'58,59,66,68 and CP8304). Results The total infection rate of HPV was 28.8% (514/1786) among which the positive rate for low risk types was 30. 9% ,that for high risk ones was 39.7% and that for two or more ones was 29.4%. The 19 subtypes were detected including 9.1% for HPV6,which was the most common type,and the other common types,in descending order of frequency, were HPV16 (5.5 %), HPVll (3.9%),HPV52 (3. 8%),HPV53 (2.0%),HPV58 (2.7%),HPV66 (2. 4%),HPV68 (1.8%),HPV51 (1.6%),HPV39 (1.4%),HPV33 (1.2%),HPV31 (1.0%),HPV-CP8304 (1.0%),HPV18 (0. 7%),HPV43 (0. 7%),HPV59 (0. 5%), HPV56 (0. 11%), HPV35 (0. 10%) and HPV45 (0. 09;). Conclusion The distribution of HPV subtypes in lower genital of women had respective regional character and detection of HPV has an important epidemiological significance.
