摘要
目的 探讨血清β2-MG检测对消化系统肿瘤的临床诊断价值.方法 选取2010年5月~2012年12月临床确诊消化系统肿瘤患者137例,同期临床确诊消化系统良性疾病者150例及体检健康者200例,比较三组β2-MG检测异常率及血清浓度等.结果 该研究中消化道肿瘤组患者血清β2-MG浓度(2.37±0.44 mg/L)显著增高,与消化道良性疾病组(1.57±0.83 mg/L)和体检健康组(1.80±0.51 mg/L)比较,差异具有统计学意义(t1=7.365,t2=5.854,P〈0.05).且消化道肿瘤组检测异常率为37.23%(51/137),与消化道良性疾病组10.7%(16/150)、体检健康组3.5%(7/200)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ1^2=23.85,χ2^2=19.36,P〈0.05).消化道良性疾病组与体检健康组,血清β2-MG检测异常率(t3=1.584,P〈0.05)和浓度(χ3^2=5.23,P〈0.05)进行比较,差异具有统计学意义.结论 血清β2-MG在消化系统肿瘤患者中呈高表达,血清β2-MG检测在消化系统肿瘤诊断中具有重要意义.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum-microgiobulin by microparticle enzyme immunoassay in digestive system tumors. Methods Serum β2-MG was measured in 135 patients with digestive system tumors, 150 patients with digestive system benign diseases and 200 healthy persons by MEIA; and the positive rate and concentration for detecting serum β2-MG of three groups were compared. Results The serum β2-MG concentration of digestive system tumors patients (2. 37±0. 44 mg/L) was significantly higher in the study,compare with digestive system benign diseases group (1.57 ± 0. 83 mg/L) and healthy group (1.80 ± 0.51 mg/L), the difference was significant (t1 = 7. 365, t2 = 5. 854, P〈0. 05). And abnormal rate of digestive system tumors group was 37.23% (51/137) and compared with the digestive system benign dis- eases group 10. 7 % (16/150) and healthy group 3.5 % (7/200) was significantly different(x1^2= 23.85, X^2- 19.36, P,〈 0. 05). Compared with abnormal rate (t3 = 1. 584, P〈0. 05) and erum concentration (X3 ^2 = 5.23, P〈0. 05) of β2-MG in the group of digestive system benign diseases and healthy group, there is a significant difference. Conclusion Serum [32-MG was highly expressed in patients with digestive system tumors. There was significant meanings in differential diagnosis in digestive system tumors by ehemiluminescent mieroparticle immunoassay monitoring of serum β2-MG.
