CXCR7与VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:7

Expressions and significance of CXCR7 and VEGF in human gastric cancer

摘要 目的研究家族趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在人胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例胃癌组织(A组)和20例正常胃黏膜组织(B组)CXCR7和VEGF的蛋白表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 A组CXCR7表达率为63%;B组未见CXCR7表达。A组VEGF表达率为70%,明显高于B组的10%(P<0.01)。A组胃癌侵及浆膜、低分化、有淋巴结转移和TMNⅢ-Ⅳ期组的CXCR7和VEGF表达均明显高于其未侵及浆膜、中分化、无淋巴结转移和TMNⅠ-Ⅱ期组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。A组CXCR7和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.597,P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织CXCR7和VEGF均呈高表达,与其发生、发展过程密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of C-X-C chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in human gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of CXCR7 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 samples of gastric cancer(group A) and 20 samples of normal gastric tissues(group B). The relationship between the expressions of CXCR7 and VEGF and the clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CXCR7 in group A was 63 %, which was zero in group B. The positive expression rate of VEGF in group A was 70% ,which was higher than 10% in group B(P〈0. 01). In group A, the expressions of CXCR7 and VEGF were higher in the cancers with deeper invasion, lower differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TMN Ⅲ-1V stage than those without deeper invasion and lymph node metastasis,and TMN I-Ⅱ stage(P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). The expression of CXCR7 was positively correlated with that of VEGF in gastric cancer.
